I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Tomorro in Nov 2025
Interview
The interview with the head of sales Germany was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had.
Communication was extremely difficult: several misunderstandings around very simple points, despite clearly phrased explanations.
The same question (“Did your team even work?”) was asked multiple times in a dismissive, almost belittling way — even after I explained my previous responsibilities in detail.
Many questions were repeated 3–4 times, which made the conversation feel chaotic and poorly structured.
The expectation of “400 cold calls per week” was mentioned for the first time during the interview, contradicting everything communicated beforehand about the senior, strategic nature of the role.
Overall, the conversation lacked professionalism, preparation, and basic respect for the candidate’s background.
The interview was clear and professional, despite the recruiter being slightly late during the call. The recruiter assured me that she would do her best to give feedback within 48 hours after forwarding my CV, but I never received a reply, even after two follow-ups over a two-week period. There was no out-of-office message, and no one else in the company seemed able to handle the follow-up. A candidate I know experienced a similar situation.
This reflects a clear lack of follow-up and organization.
