It is a multiple stage interview process. First two are with managers, territory and regional and the others you are flown out for. During the first interview you are asked about your previous skills, what you like about TTI, what stood out to you about their company, what your thoughts are on selling, how you feel about travel, and they also tell you about the company's promotion structure.
