Disorganized and unprofessional process. I completed 3 virtual interviews, a social media evaluation and an in-person interview as part of the application process. My second virtual interview was cancelled 3 minutes before the zoom call due to a team member's family emergency, which is fine, but a heads up should have been given. The last minute notice indicates the company's lack of consideration for my schedule. My third virtual interview I waited 12 minutes to be let into the zoom room because a team member was having trouble accessing WiFi, which again is fine, but a heads up should have been given to me since I thought the interview was cancelled at that point. I went to the company's office in Brooklyn for the final interview only to discover no one was there to meet me for the interview, which was strange. I waited 45 minutes for someone to show up. The HR manager eventually showed up to interview me and the CEO who I was supposed to meet with never showed. There was no explanation for why the CEO didn't show up to the interview until after the interview was over, and I received an email that informed me her phone died and she didn't have a phone charger while she was out in Manhattan during the day attending meetings. The HR Manager was very apologetic and kind throughout the entire application process about the interview hiccups, but it was very strange that the CEO never showed up to the interview and it just shows a lack of consideration for applicants. Overall, it seems like a company that lacks professionalism and structure.
