Their interviewing process is extremely slow and they ended up going with internal candidate. Disappointed since it felt like I was strung along for over a month. My background and interviews went great so it felt like a obligatory move to go with someone internal.

Had seven 30 minute interviews with a different person each time. The entire process took about 3 months. Some of the people would be working with this role, and others were completely unrelated.

Question 1
All of the interviewers came seemingly unprepared. None were aware of anything the other interviewers had asked, so each person asked the same basic questions. The interviews themselves are all short so there’s not even much time to ask questions after.

Met with 3-4 different levels of people who were polite and interested in my background. It was a good experience all around, but having each interview back to back was kind of over the top.
