Interview
I applied through their webpage and they made me schedule an interview for a video call to a person who asked general questions about my work experience. After the meeting, I received an email where they requested a portfolio in PDF with 6 of my latest and best projects. A senior designer reviewed it and sent me by email his opinion with some feedback to improve it. They rejected me, but I liked that they told me why. I am able to apply again in the next 3 months.
The interview process had several steps ( screening, interview, assessment, presentation, profile building) but they were very clear and well structured and screeners were very professional. I was able to take my time to go through all of it and it payed off.

Interview
Was very tough and un necessary . Not asking the real problem and making it necessarily tough if they didn't want to take you in. Had a better experience with its alternatives.
