Professional and good structure. Personal I was satisfied of Human Resources quality and the discussion about the possible activity. Possibility to apply many times for the same position. And caring to remind this after o period of time.
Total waste of time.
First you need to go through a lengthy and painful process like an intro call, an online test, and then a technical interview.
Then you need to get screened by some of their staff and they fail you for some random reasons. I failed because I am not answering the question in the framework that he wanted, even though I answered everything.
The hour rate they offer for PMs is just not worth the entire process, plus the ambiguous interview feedback. Better stay away from it.
