Starts with an english verification video call where someone from a country where english isn't the primary language verifies if you can speak english or not.
The second call is technical. They basically give you 30 minutes to build a simple web page that contains a list of data.
The third part and the part that should be criminal is they make you do a 10 hour take home project. This is followed by a video call where you present your work. The whole time I am presenting my work the interviewer is asking about why this edge case wasn't covered, why that edge case wasn't covered, why aren't there any tests, why didn't I build my own CRUD API instead of using an off the shelf Firebase API, why isn't there any styling (the requirements explicitly said to not spend time on styling). Its simple, you pay for what you get. In this case, you made me work for you for free. What more do you want?
Note this was supposed to be a "front-end" project. However, you are still required to build the backend and one will not be provided for you.
I can't speak for those outside of the US but if you are based in the US, trust me that this isn't worth your time.
