I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Toronto Hydro (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2019
Interview
Behavioural questions. 2 managers in the room with about an hour of questions. Explained what they do and they let me decide between 3 different positions for which wanted. Only gave me 1 week to accept or decline.
The interview was behavioural, consisted of scenario based questions concerning what you would do in these situations, tended to focus on following protocols. resume reviews were a part of interview and also describing past experiences, standard interview.
mainly talk about work experience and how to handle experience. A lot of behavior question where you explain how you handle the situation and that pretty much it. (extra word for the word count)

Interview
The two interviewers were very welcoming. I had a 45 minute time slot and we spent a lot of time just having a good conversation, very calm and casual. They had 6 standard questions that they asked all candidates, none were technical just typical experience based ones.
