Open day with 49 people, situation based questions followed up by a 121 interview which lasted roughly an hour. Good training for 2 weeks before going into sales floor which was positive.

Interview
The process was relatively easy and very interesting . Group interview first then one on one interview if you are successful in the first stage. Staff were friendly.
