zoom interview first, and then in person. It wasn't difficult, but it felt like a waste of time, and my time wasn't respected. They asked me the same questions in zoom and in person, said there was shadowing involved for second interview but there wasn't.
Thorough and well structured. Questions about scenarios and mortgage knowledge, butnopen for my own questions. There was a good amount of back and forth flow that made me feel comfortable.
