Was scheduled for a phone screen two weeks after I got the email, acknowledged, chose date and time. Got to the day and not one single person was available for the phone screen. Sent a follow-up mail to both HR persons and no response, had to trail back the initial email and sent another reminder. Story was the HR manager last day was last Friday so the appointment was not transferred over to the new HR manager. Scheduled another interview and still same scenario, no one showed up, not even an email why. I've seen worse from hiring managers but this was way below the belt and very unprofessional. To think I was excited about joining the team.
