I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Towne Park (San Antonio, TX) in Jul 2013
Interview
applied on website. got a job audtion. was a group of 15 people. all men but 2 females including myself. we all were handed papers explaining the company and was asked to read it. we waited to be called on...this was NOT a group interview. it was a one on one. was asked can i name a situation where i solved a problem? what do i know about towne park? i was interviewed by 2 people but one was behind me and one in front. was kinda upset because once interviewed they had me step outside and talk to the manager about me. i went outside and when i came back in i was told "ill get a phone call if hired" but was told with very little convincing...which i knew i didnt have the job.

Interview
Pretty calm really just looking to see if you’re there to do the job correctly and thoroughly. Make sure to ask questions about what site entails. Some have alot of walking involved while others are not as much.
