Towne Park Interview Questions

Very casual and easygoing. I heard back within a day after applying, and my interview was scheduled not long after. I was only asked about my experience, and then was told what the job would be like. You must do a background check and a drug screening after.

Phone then in person, you have to like dealing with all types of people. What is your schedule outside work, as they can work around employees currently in school. Meet with some managers and decide which jobs best suite you cashier, doorman, valet, etc.

Very frustrating and unprofessional. Passed the first interview with an executive, they were a no show to the second interview, I was given excellent feedback once I did they rescheduled and I did the In Person interview and was told I was coming aboard by the DM. I was even told a few locations where they wanted me and was even given the run down on their training and what to expect and was told I would be getting a call. They turn around and text saying the position was filled internally. What a joke, how dare them. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time. Haven’t heard from them since.

Efficient. Mission focused conversation to understand the breakdown of how a person person works on a daily basis. Received a call back within a week. Training day starts this week.

I went there today for an interview that I had all set up and confirmed and there was nobody there to meet with me. It was a complete waste of time out of my day to interview.

First interview was with associate manager. Questions asked were about past history with customer service and examples of going above and beyond in that role. Second interview was with Valet Manager.

Initial phone interview to learn about the company and the position. I had a virtual interview with the team where they requested a sample of my work. After sending my work sample I was ghosted. The interview process was not respectful of my time.

Pretty quick and simple Interview at the valet site. I dressed in business attire and showed up early. The questions were mainly about customer service and driving experience. I was also asked about my availability and other obligations.

The interview process was casual but professional. A supervisor and the account manager interviewed me. I was interviewed in an outdoor seating area. Questions were not too demanding mentally and we also dove into our personal lives.

They schedule you for interview, just a phone interview with the hiring manager and then start ghosting.. no worth. They probably made the decision to hire someone else and took the interview just for the sake of taking it. Their interest level was totally zero! Asked some questions related to your experience just to make it look like an interview but the disinter was clearly noticeable. Waste of time if you truly want to lookfor a job with this company. They hire people from contacts and don’t really value other candidate’s time. Look somewhere else where your time and skills will be valued.
