Track & Trail interview questions

Multiple level interviews.. from managers to behavioral scientist... you also get a 'report card' of your performance... 4 interviews happened.. but the dirty job of salary negotiations was evaded till the last minute.. which gets very frustrating, and results in an unhappy ending as they offer less than market median and then if u haggle they come up with the line 'it is out of our allocated budget'
