Tractable Machine Learning Engineer interview questions

Recruiter chat, meeting with the team lead. Team lead turned up 20 mins late for the interview. Asked some strange questions about working style. One coding question which was relatively straightforward. General impression was that the team lead was extremely disorganised, he couldn't get the coding platform working and eventually asked me to do the question on my laptop and take a screenshot.
