Trade Ledger interview questions

Extremely poorly communicated by the internal recruiter. Quite onerous, after my third interview and presentation stage, I thought everything was going well. The next interview was with a director from the technical side of the business. He was extremely cocky and rude. Described how the company was in a mess before he joined (3 months prior), and it almost went bust. Said this period is make or break, but luckily - since he joined there was now a strategy behind the products development. After this interview, I heard nothing despite reaching out to the internal recruiter. He eventually responded after 6 weeks and said the hiring manager had been taken ill. This was 3 months ago and the role is still being actively recruited for on LinkedIn. Most of the employees I met seemed very nice and respectable, however it seems there are several bad apples and by the director’s own admission - the company is in a mess.
