Interview with HR Manager then with sales manager. HR manager provided a brief introduction to the company and asked simple questions about my career and background. Seems a very nice person.

Interview
Short and sweet interview process. The HR didn't really know much about the industry so he tried his best using technical terms asking questions to make sure you know your stuff.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tradeview (New York, NY) in Aug 2021
Interview
First 2 interviews were per Skype and the 3rd interview was per phone. After the 3rd interview I got ghosted until I had to ask how the process was going. Unfortunately the process was very disorganized and 2 out of 3 times the interviewer was late. On the second interview after having to wait nearly half an hour the quality was very poor, as you could hear children in the background. The one good thing about the interviews were that the questions they asked were always relevant for the job. However they expected me to steal the clients of the company I am currently working for and transfer them over to Tradeview, which I found very odd. At no point during the 3 interviews were salary expectations discussed so I had no way of knowing if I was wasting my time or not. Overall it was not a pleasant experience as you never knew where in process you are. The only good thing was that the people were very nice and the questions asked were very relevant for the position.
