Tradition Media Group interview questions

Answered a Craigslist posting. The posting did not describe the position but described the type of person they were looking for and some of the qualifications they were seeking. It was a fairly informal interview, however, was the first time I've interviewed with a V.P. and in the same day met and interviewed with a rep working on the floor at the time.
