Traditional Breads interview questions

Submitted resume online, five days later received a email asking to set up a phone interview with HR. One day later had the phone interview with HR. The questions were very basic in nature and I was much more so interviewing them, and they seemed less prepared than most interviewers. The next morning I received a email asking when I could do an in person interview. In person interview was two weeks later. When I arrived they seemed unprepared for the interview. An interviewer fielded a personal call and two business calls during our interview. Furthermore, the interviewers seemed to have no prepared questions of agenda for the interview and I was clearly driving the entire process. I was given a tour of the facility and noticed these things; 1. The floor was covered in flour, wet, and unclean in most places. 2. The equipment was setup in a very inefficient way and equipment too close together to move safely in between or around it. 3. Some areas were very dimly lit and I saw no evidence of pest control anywhere. Next, they sat me down for 15min to wait for the one of the senior managers to talk with me. This person seemed to have no idea that they would be interviewing anyone today. Based on my questioning and this person'so questions of me they also appeared to know very little about QA, food safety or productivity. I felt as though I was teaching them things in the interview. It was clear to me that they were in way over their heads without a clear understanding of food manufacturing, R&D, or QA. Also, They didn't seem to have a clear idea of what they needed or wanted from the R&D position. I did not receive any communication from them at all one way or another after the interview,
