The interview process was smooth and well-structured. It started with a screening round with the HR, which was a basic introduction and understanding of my profile. After that, I had the first main round with the co-founder, which lasted for about an hour. It was one of the best interviews I’ve ever had—very interesting, engaging, and honest. I felt extremely confident and comfortable throughout, as the co-founder created a friendly environment and made it easy to speak openly.
The second round was a group discussion (GD) involving four participants. There were two rounds of GD, and the entire session went on for about 1.5 hours. It was a very good experience, and the discussions were insightful and collaborative. Overall, the interview process was transparent, comfortable, and gave me a great impression of the company culture.
