Do not bother with this company. The interview process is very long and drawn out for no pay off. I had to fill out an application that was 17 extended response questions. I then had two zoom interviews (one with the President and the other with the CFO) and was invited into the office to sit in on their monthly meeting. While I was in office, I also sat through two more impromptu interviews with the CEO, CFO, and COO. During the interviews, language was used that insinuated I would be getting a job offer such as "You're looking to start on _____ date still, yes?" as well as being introduced during the meeting with all staff as someone they were looking to bring on as an assistant. Not to mention, the job description changed during each interview I attended. It started as an executive assistant position for the president, changed to a project manager position, then to a personal assistant/project manager position once I was in the office. In the rejection email from the hiring company, it stated that they decided to not move forward with me as they wanted someone with more experience to deal with the diverse needs of two executives. It was never discussed that I would be an assistant for two separate people. Avoid at all costs!!!!!
