The process moved quickly. About 2 weeks total. Did a normal screen interview with HR (this is who we are, we are growing, tell me about you, why are you looking, what are your salary expectations) Did a 30 minute screen with the hiring manager. Mostly going over resume and past experiences. Was brought on site for about 2 hours to meet individually with 4 people. Director, project manager, business analyst and software architect. Each had their own questions about resume, past experiences and how I handle time constraints or juggle a lot of projects. A couple technical questions about web services and design principles
