Transcon interview questions

I was made to fill a lengthy form, they asked for my aadhar and passport numbers? I didn't understand the importance of this information to them when I hvnt even been selected. In the interview, the HR lady upon salary discussion tells me she thinks I am being overpaid the salary that i am getting in my current company. If you are new to real estate industry save yourself the embarrassment and skip this company if you are a veteran go for a company which values what to get to the table and rewards you accordingly.
