I had a panel interview with three interviewers the process was that they rotated in a circle of asking questions and I gave an answer and at the end I was given an opportunity to ask questions

What was the most difficult employee relations issue you've had to handle and how did you resolve it
A lot of behavior and experience based questions. Interviewers were very understanding, but appreciated frank discussions of successes and shortcomings in the past.
