    Pros

Cool workers, lots of over time. Management is okay too.

    Cons

Lots of rules, low raises,no driver promotions,

    Advice to Management

Recognize your drivers more. Bring back the bonuses, and driver recognition, above and beyond certificate, the no accident pens, the gift cards. All we get is a paycheck. Are we to robots? No. Most of us really like working this job. But we would gladly appreciate some gratitude. We're the ones that keep this place running. Without your drivers? So take us into consideration. We work in all types of weather. We are worn out at times, so again I say take us into consideration. People spit and hit us at times. They get sick , sometimes their scared, we as drivers deal with a lot out there. So please take us into consideration and let us know we're appreciated.

Easy job once you get the hang of it. Alot of overtime. Good start off company if you want a career in transportation.

    Cons
