1. Application Review
• Screen Resumes: Shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
2. Initial Screening
• Brief Phone/Video Call (10–15 minutes):
Verify availability, interest, and basic qualifications.
3. Main Interview (30–45 minutes)
• Introduction (5 minutes):
Brief overview of the organization and role.
• Candidate Questions (10–15 minutes):
• “Tell me about yourself.”
• “What interests you about this role?”
• “What are your key strengths?”
• Role-Specific Questions (10–15 minutes):
Ask about experience and technical skills relevant to the job.
• Behavioral Questions (5–10 minutes):
• “Can you describe a challenge you faced and how you resolved it?”
• “How do you prioritize tasks under tight deadlines?”
4. Closing (5 minutes)
• Candidate’s Questions: Allow the candidate to ask about the role or company.
• Next Steps: Inform them about the timeline for feedback.

Interview
First they told meto fill up a general education qualifications and background form with few non technical questions and interview after that was taken place. The whole process was around an hour including the waiting time.

i was interviewed by three of them. the first one was the HR who interviewed me followed by the team leader and the director. The environment is very cool and the people over there are also very kind. The environment of the office is good too.
