Interview
The whole interview processes is structured as follows:
The first step: Online role simulator test.
The second step: Online skills assessment.
The third step: Pre-recorded video interview.
The final step: Final personal and group assessment.
Video interview with pre recorded questions about the company and the graduate programme. Three questions for which you were given time to think about your answer and a time limit of 2 minutes to provide the answer.
