Traversal interview questions

Process was disorganized and included a lot of misaligned objectives with what they wanted to hire. Over a few virtual interviews and invited to onsite, Met with leadership. The farther you go into the interview process, the more you realize how much of their product does not work. As the company's vision is lacking they have a hard time understanding what and how they need to hire. Its clear the company lacks folks that have real workplace experience related to their product and SRE related work which reflects in the interview process.
