Two interviews with different members of the TreeSisters team. The interview process was very positive with interesting questions and a relaxed atmosphere. The interviewers definitely knew their stuff and were keen to make sure I was comfortable during my interview.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TreeSisters (Bristol, England) in Jun 2015
Interview
Treesisters has a unique hiring process. You start with their Wild Iris Exploration. This is where you, like the wild iris blooming in the dark forest, are encouraged to engage TreeSisters from a place of passion and joy-filled authenticity.
In order to do that they invite you on an exploration of how your passions can help meet TreeSisters’ deep needs and how in turn TreeSisters can help you. You will talk about your skills and experience and then go deeper than your skills and competencies into what they call the soul-centric terrain of our passions, emotions, experiences, and longings. TreeSisters wants to engage that hidden terrain within you and over time to become an essential expression of your soul’s deepest contributions and longings. After working through the Wild Iris Exploration questionnaire you then meet with Edveeje, the head of operations for an interview and then later with Clare Dakin founder, who walks you through her map of 5 choices mediation.
