I got a call from recruiter via LinkedIn for a job opportunity at Trell. The hiring process was average. The responses were delayed and there were weeks of gap between interview rounds. There were 4 rounds in all. The questions asked were easy. Interviewer was not very knowledgeable about javascript and react. A junior guy took my interview and asked just some basic questions. I accepted the offer but later declined it due to personal reasons. The HR team is pathetic here. They sent me the onboarding accessories and were not at all concerned about getting it back. After multiple follow-ups they sent me the recipient address. After shipping they said they would reimburse the expense but it's been 2 months and I haven't received the amount. The HR blocked me and I have no means of follow-up. I am thankful that I decided not to join such a cheap company. If this is the way they behave with outsiders then I wonder how they treat their employees. Absolutely no integrity at all.
