Very fast and on point, it lasted less than a week from when applied to receiving an offer. The process included phone call and two in person interviews. Experience overall very positive.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tri Land (Canada) (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2019
Interview
Incredibly long interview process with a project submission, very time consuming. Also have made us wait for 2 weeks for decision after the deadline they gave, did not communicate until I reached out. 3 interviews and all that time spent on the project, you would expect to at least be contacted regarding the results.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tri Land (Canada) (North Toronto, ON) in Dec 2017
Interview
I went into their office for a interview with the manager and was asked to do spec work. They wanted to see more from me and asked for something else after the first piece of spec work and then never fallowed up on the second one. I went in to meet them again several months later and they offered a contract job to me and said if they liked the work they would take me on full time.

Question 1
There wasn't many questions. How long have you been designing? Will you design spec work for us so we can see if you are a good fit? Describe a time where you can across a issue in a work place and how you resolved it. Very simple questions.
