Interview
I had an initial 30 minute phone call, very simple. They ask what you know about the role and about your background. A chance for them to get to know you and for you to know more about the position. Then had a 30 minute skype interview. They asked detailed questions about my resume and skills.

Whole process took 3 months. First a 15 minute phone screen with a current consultant, then 2 30 minute interviews with principals/managers, then a final day of interviewing with a 15 minute interview with a current consultant, 2 45 minute interviews with 2 executives, and then a 2 hour case study held in a group Microsoft Teams Call

Very conversational interview style. Got to know the principals well and was given lots of guidance from people already at the company with regards to the recruiting process. Screening, behavioral, and then final round with excel case.
