It was a quick process from applying to getting there. I do hate when I send in a resume and an office basically makes me refill out my resume in paper form. It’s redundant and unnecessary. They also start every assistant out at the same salary regardless of experience which I find insulting and cheap. It is a beautiful dental office with lots of specialities. So if you are just starting out the starting rate might not be bad for you.

The interview process was an overview of my school and my technical abilities. At the conclusion we discussed Life and career aspirations. It was a pleasant professional experience, covering my skills level and my ability to communicate to the patients.
