Interview
The process was fairly normal to send a CV in and then a phone call to arrange an interview. Very simple retail/sales questions. Had to demonstrate selling a suitcase. Also generic personality/competency questions about what you would do in a particular situation. Very casual and friendly one to one interview.

Interview
It was a very quick and simple process. After initial telephone screening, the hiring manager came to my city to conduct the interview. Then the offer was made the following week.
2 separate interviews with higher ups. Pretty straight forward questions. Wonderlic test given at the beginning. HR was very helpful in updating information throughout the process. Only 2 weeks before job offer.
