Triton Medical Solutions interview questions

Over the phone initial interview to go over the job requirements and my past experiences that would benefit the company and myself. Next was in person interview with CEO This job is a Jack of all trades (Computer support, application support, VOIP, Firewall, server, database, ect...) - You would be the only person in this role and you would need to self-resolve issues that you may have never come across using any means to accomplish the task.

First off, this person scheduled a time for the interview about 5 days in advance, then decided it was cool to call me 3 hours earlier on the day of the phone interview and expect me to be ready to talk with her, so I did and I had thought it went fine. It was a phone interview, she asked 3 very basic IT questions and that was it, I answered them well. The job posting said they were looking for someone that had medical IT experience and PHP development as well, I have over 12 years experience with both. She asked me how many tickets I usually was able to close when I worked in a health care setting, and I told her about 100 a day, which was honest and accurate. I don't know why I got rejected, but shame on her because this was a perfect fit for me. Oh well, clearly I dodged a bullet. The point here is simple: It became clear to me after being rejected that the HR person that interviewed me ("Loren Granger") clearly does not know what she is doing or anything about Information Technology. The job posting I applied to was titled "IT Specialist", but when they emailed me it was labeled as "Basic IT Support Person" -- which are two very different things. I want nothing to do with this company in the future.
