Initially you will be called by the HR for face to face interview.
Round 1: HR will give you a 2 page aptitude paper which can be easily solved by a 8th class student.
Round 2: You will be interviewed by the Business Manager/ head of the company.
Firstly he will ask you about yourself and why do you want this job. And after that he will tell you about his company. This interview will be taken in the group of 4 people. After that you will be told that the HR will call you if you will get selected.
After that you will receive the call by the HR in the evening on the same day and she will tell you that you are got selected for the 3rd round and you have to come on the next morning.
Round 3: This round is a field round. In this round you have to go for sales work with a trainer. In my case I were went to a corporate building in Jaipur for the sales and marketing of Tata sky. Trainer teach me about meeting with 100 random people in a single day for sales and then my trainer also sell the Tata sky to 3 customer out of 100 in a single day.
After returning to the office I am told about the payscale. Head told me that the pay is not fixed. The total pay is based on the average sales you made in the month .
Means if NO SALES NO SALARY, Because your salary is based on commission you get from your sales.
In short, the overall interview process is fake. They need to expand their team everytime so they select everyone who come for the interview process.
They will try to brainwash you by asking you about your dream and how can you achieve it by working here.
You can hear the sound of music and celebration inside the office hall everytime.
If you feel that you can do sales then you should join this company otherwise you shouldn't as there is no fixed pay/ salary. The salary is totally commission based.
