One thing that can make or break any interview process is how the recruiting team communicates with the prospective employee. In this regard, Truss is peerless. It was a 3 step process and I was provide a timely update before and after each step.
Step 1: Initial conversation with the recruiter
Step 2: Panel interview with 2-3 Truss team members
Step 3: Hiring manager interview
In addition to the professionalism of the recruiting team, the other interviews I had were much more like conversations. The interviewers were prepared and there was structure, but also free flowing with plenty of time for questions. Be prepared to answer some situational questions. "Tell me about a time...."
Overall the process took about 3 weeks.
