Interviews for Top Jobs at Tufts Medicine

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I interviewed at Tufts Medicine
Three interviews, one with the hiring manager and two with two other consultants that were in the role currently. The interviews were zoom and lasted 30 minutes each. Standard interview questions were asked.
- How do you stay organized with multiple projects going on?

Anonymous Employee
I interviewed at Tufts Medicine
A recruiter went over my resume and qualification for the position. In the next step within a week, I met with the hiring manager. Then I met with individuals I would work with. After all of these interviews, the recruiter contacted me and indicated that the hiring manager was interested in making me an offer.
- Describe program management skills? How do you deal with difficult colleagues?

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Boston, MA
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Tufts Medicine (Boston, MA)
So not waste your time. You go through endless interviews with little to no follow up. They will have you do things to speed up the process, for it to not do anything at all. All the interview process were fine until it went to video call and they could put a face to the name. My appearance clearly bothered the hiring manager’s boss who was so distracted by my appearance. The interview went down hill once I was being tested on skills on my resume that were not relevant to the role I was applying for. It was like she was trying to trip me up and see if I knew what the words on my resume meant. It was very discouraging process. Went through 6 interviews just for my experience to be challenged. Clear racial bias. They stress diversity and inclusion but that only applies if you’re female and white.
- Ask about past work experience

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Nashua, NH
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tufts Medicine (Nashua, NH) in Sep 2021
The interview process is very unorganized, misleading and dishonest. The recruiter comes off as nice until you realize you’re being strung along during the process just to be ghosted and the job gets reposted. Shameful tactics. Don’t get your hopes up.
- Tell me about your last role?

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Burlington, MA
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Tufts Medicine (Burlington, MA) in May 2021
Lengthy and drawn out process that went over four months from start to finish. HR provided minimal communication throughout process. They seemed overwhelmed and bothered with trying to schedule the endless cycle of interviews.
- Why do you want to work for Wellforce?

Anonymous Employee
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Tufts Medicine in Feb 2021
I met with multiple members of the team on Zoom. Everyone was so nice and even though it was a remote interview they created a warm atmosphere. It was two rounds, I spoke with the director on a Wednesday and then they moved quickly and I ended up speaking with the rest of the team on Friday.
- They asked about my experience in HR and my typical recruiting process.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Burlington, MA
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tufts Medicine (Burlington, MA) in Dec 2017
I had a phone screen initially and was asked to come in for an in-person interview. The interview lasted about an hour and a half and I met with the internal recruiter, the two hiring managers and one of the EAs. I was told that they would be in touch regarding next steps in mid-January. I never heard back from anyone, and then I saw that the job was re-posted after the holidays; so I did get the message... It's probably quicker and easier to re-post and let candidates figure it out themselves.
- I was asked about my skills and experience.
