The selection process is extremely rigorous, involving two challenging coding rounds, a detailed technical writing assessment, and multiple in-depth interviews. Each stage features very tough questions and highly demanding problem-solving requirements. The coding rounds test advanced algorithmic skills, while the writing assessment evaluates technical communication abilities. Interview
Online coding interview for 1 hr. 3 questions with different choice of language to choose from, the questions differed in terms of difficulty. I observed it got harder as the interview progressed.
Two technical rounds of interviews, during which I completed coding challenges and scenarios. One with a senior engineer, and the other with my potential line manager, and one interview with HR, where we discussed remuneration.
