Tutor Pace interview questions

Sent in application, heard back for work with mentored.com Had two phone interviews. Was offered a position, but first had to go online and answer questions. I was then instructed to enter credit card information, as it would cost $40/month to tutor with them, with starting pay at $15/hour. I did not continue with the process since I refuse to pay someone to work for them.
