First I talked with Emely, who had a telephone interview with me, and we discussed my CV. I exposed my whole background and my path during these four years. However, we couldn't continue with the process, since the initial position was for tech support in which case, I didn't have any experience. A few weeks later, she contacted me stating that there was a new vacant for the current billing position, in which case I read the offer, and I realized that I met the expectations. Pretty much after that, she sent me my second test, where I had to reply 5 cases by prioritizing them and of course, using the most professional way, to deliver the information. A week later, I received a notification stating that they'll like to get a second interview with the management, and there was when I met Yina Zambrano. She made me felt really comfortable and, explained to me the role, mentioning that actually Betty Jarma will be my direct boss. Also, I remembered that she was quite calm and listened to me with all her attention. After that, I received an email stating that it will be the time of meeting the team, and I'll have the interview with the bar raising. Four interviews in one single day was a lot, and I felt tired at some point, but everybody made me feel really comfortable. They were super nice and professional, I guess that more than an interview, in the end, it was more like a fluid talk. I actually understood that beyond my capacities, they were evaluating for my profile and they what I can bring to the organizational culture. I guess it was my eureka, because that was what I felt more attractive to: "a company who takes care about its culture and its employees". Four days later, I received the confirmation email from the hiring manager to schedule a new interview on Monday to talk about the interview's feedback. Then on Monday, she offered my the position. After that, the documentation process started with HireRight, and I had a little bit of a hard time trying to get all certificates in the correct way, but in the end, everything went well. Finally, I signed my contract.
