I applied online. A few days later, I received an email to schedule to a phone screen. I schedule the phone screen for two days later. On the day of the phone screen, the recruiter called me 15 minutes after the scheduled time. She was completely rude and sounded disinterested. Not sure what her deal was. She asked some basic screening questions. She said would follow up with the team and let me know if they wanted to do a 2nd interview. Two days later I received a rejection email. I'm not sure what I could possibly said to not move forward, because they were just basic screening questions.
