    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tyson Foods (Springdale, AR) in September 2019.

    Interview

Normal Phone screen then one technical phone interview and lastly onsite interview. On the technical phone interview, I was told that I will get a call for an onsite interview for the next step. On the onsite interview, the team was impressed with my technical knowledge and asked me how I know all this technical stuff at this level. After the interview there was lunch with all team and it all went well. They told me about ongoing projects. After all the interview process was done I was told that I will hear something definitely in 3 weeks. I was sure that everything went great however until the offer lands in your hand you can not be sure about anything. And then all this started its been almost 8 weeks and I haven't got any decision yet. Every time I ask for any update, the recruiter just replies that she hasn't got any decision. I mean you want to take the interview immediately, but why you guys don't make the decision that fast? OK, sometimes it takes time I know things always won't go as we expect. Ok maybe you have moved forward with another candidate then at least other candidates should know about this. I mean its really not fair to hold the candidate this much. I am really not sure that I will get and result or not, however, this process is very very slow and nothing is sure

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Tyson Foods (Springdale, AR) in September 2019.

    Interview

The first interview is with a recruiter over the phone. After passing their screening, you move on to another phone interview with someone from the team you are applying for. After that, you likely will move on to a lengthy, onsite interview with multiple people from the team - each about 30-45 minutes each with 3 to 4 different people. If you don't interview with the hiring manager that day, your final interview will be with them. The entire process takes about a month or so.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Tyson Foods.

    Interview

Rough and unexpected. I was prepared for behavioral questions in the first round interview with HR, and it was not that at all. She was talking about tactical marketing and general management marketing. Im not sure what that has to do with Brand Management. She also asked me about Profit and Loss and gave me a scenario regarding it and what I would do. I had no idea how to answer the questions and just made something up. Again, I was prepared for behavioral questions so I was SHOCKED when I got scenarios in the first rounder. Im pretty sure i didn't get to the next round but I still needed to help others out by telling you all this. They asked no questions on why tyson,
