U.S. Law Group interview questions

Truly a disorganized company, I was invited to an interview and was immediately greeted by a shy and confused secretary wearing slippers. I was told to wait in the conference room where I was interviewed by two attorneys and the secretary who were ill prepared. I felt like I was professionally interviewing myself. They asked some personal questions and told me I should just return to my job that I was working for prior to attending Law School. I believe the phrase they said was go knock on their door. After a brief interview and in complete disbelief I was offered the position the next day and was told to start ASAP. I thought I do a great job in the firm given my previous law experience working for an immigration firm. After accepting the salary requirements offered. I didn’t receive a response for days. They sent me a standard incoherent message that they moved on with other candidates. No other explanation was give. This firm is the definition of nepotism. Preferring an inexperienced relative rather than someone who spent years gaining experience. The hesitancy and misinformation is something that should never be an issue in an well run company.
