U.S. Water interview questions

It is too long and time consuming, I had way more interviews with people that had no bearing on the position at all. Some were great and gave guidance, but communication can be difficult. The concept of a "small family company" is not true anymore because of Allete owning them, which means that new standards will be set, I've been through this before. They need to be honest with you upfront and tell you they want someone hired by ____ and will have someone hired by _____. If I charged my time to them I'm sure they would reconsider how long they made he process.
