Interview
A supervisor called me in for an in person interview.. It was very informal, just casual conversation about past experiences. We covered what the basic job tasks are and how the working hours will be adjusted for my class schedule. The supervisor interviewing me made sure to emphasize I was expected to work at least one day out of finals week.
If I have work-life balance and can handle high-stress situations. How flexible I am with my schedule and if there are any problems working on certain days. Also, if I had previous work experience.

I drove onto campus and sat down, with a nice young lady, she asked about me and my availability. That was the meat and potatoes of it not the craziest interview for a student worker position.
