Well without stress, simple straightforward questions, personable interviewers. Simple 20 minute interviews with 5 total - small breaks in between and overall straightforward questions. Emailed potential interview dates, you select which ones were the best time for you.
Zoom interviews over 11 months. Opaque decision making process regarding ultimate recruitment decision. Unhelpful feedback from recruiter. Fragmented delivery system with numerous sites and unclear reporting system. Base/benefit/bonus system. That’s about it.
