I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at UK Sports Institute (Manchester, England) in Mar 2022

Interview

Several stages. 1st stage was the Application, then a case study around the specific sport. This was around how would tailor a programme to suit X athlete with Y problem. Then there was a practical where you had to deliver two S&C sessions specific to each athlete and then a final interview around overall suitability.
