Call with recruiter and two interviews with managers after. The interviews went well and they were all nice. The negative happened after when HR said they were going to follow up with an update and completely ghosted - really unprofessional.
The first round interview included an HR screening. This was followed by a second round inclusive of 3 meetings with separate team members in leadership positions for the respective team.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UM (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2011

Asked me about my experience and work specifically I had done as it related to media. Wanted to get a sense of my overall personality which was clearly important for the role outside of just experience.
