Overall process took more than 3 weeks, Recruiter told me that I got selected for the process but then during salary negotiation she again asked me to wait and then informed that position got on hold after a week got a call from Kajol (# respective recruiter) to negotiate on offer. They barely gave 15-18% hike and even once I accepted that they disappeared and started ignoring my. calls. It felt like I have taken some favour from their end. Its been 2 months still no response from their side. Pathetic experience. Just a advice to TA team of Univo to keep candidates warm and updated and don’t waste their time.
